Andy Tauer and rose go back a long way. This Swiss perfumer, who makes everything by hand, devotes a scent from the Absolue line to it here, generous and velvety.
It opens on fruity notes, a citrus sparkle and soft spices. The heart lets rose absolute take centre stage, bright at first, then deeper and more textured on the skin. The base settles on amber, soft woods, resins, benzoin and ambergris.
It's part of the Absolue line, in 50 ml. Careful, its natural colour can stain light fabrics. For you if you like full, warm roses.
