Tauer Perfumes L'Air du Désert Marocain Noir Elixir
The desert, but at midnight. Andy Tauer, a Swiss perfumer who does everything by hand, pushes his cult scent towards black here, in an elixir concentrated at 30% fragrance oil.
It starts on bergamot, lemon, petitgrain and spices, with a cool shimmer like distant stars. The heart dives into labdanum, leather and jasmine, more resinous than the original. The base is dry and deep: ambergris, oakmoss, cedarwood, vetiver and patchouli.
It's an elixir, in 50 ml. For you if you like dark, leathery ambers with some weight to them.
