Puritas means "purity" in Latin. The London niche house Electimuss built it around Vesta, the Roman goddess of the hearth, and her eternal flame.
The opening mixes elemi, pink pepper, absinthe and saffron. The heart is a big, warm white bouquet: olibanum, rose, Indian tuberose, geranium, ylang-ylang and Egyptian jasmine. The base is resinous and amber, with labdanum, patchouli, tonka bean, guaiac wood, vetiver and amber. White flowers that burn gently, like a flame kept alight.
It's a parfum, which means a high concentration, so a few sprays are enough. Sold in 100 ml, it's unisex. For white-flower fans who like a little smoke.
