Purpose 50 takes Purpose, the incense eau de parfum from the Omani niche house Amouage, into its Exceptional Extraits collection. It's signed by Quentin Bisch.
It opens on bergamot, pink pepper, frankincense and pimento. The heart pairs rose, sand vetiver, sandalwood and papyrus. The base sets down saffron, suede, Mystikal, akigalawood and vanilla. According to the house, a creamy sandalwood accord and vanillin make it sit closer to the skin. Earthy, woody and patient.
It's an extrait at 50% concentration, according to Amouage, so a single spray gets noticed. Sold in 100 ml. For winter and incense lovers.
