A little-known wood, finally put in the spotlight. It belongs to L'Atelier by 100BON, the house's auteur perfumery line, and the perfumer wanted to tell the story of the mangrove's dry, water-soaked roots.
Pineapple opens unexpectedly. Then bay laurel, orris and lavender evoke the ecosystem around it, aromatic and floral. The base is sturdy: cade, two cedars, saffron, leather, white musks and mangrove wood itself, for a leathery, shimmering trail.
It's an eau de parfum, in 30, 50 and 100 ml. For you if you like original woods off the beaten track.
